You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end and access continues until then.
Fees already paid are generally not refundable, because the service is made available immediately. Where a payment fails, is duplicated, or is taken in error, write to support@gstlitigation.com and we will refund it to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days.

Fees for expert help are paid in advance and billed by us. A request withdrawn before it is paid for is not charged. If you have paid and our team has not yet started, write to support@gstlitigation.com and we will refund the fee. Once the team has started, the fee is not refundable; if we cannot deliver the draft at all, it is refunded in full. [To be confirmed by counsel.]
